NOTICES

  1. The Family service this month will be next week on the 14th March when there will be a special Mothering Sunday Family service. Do come and bring lots of mums! If you came today expecting a family service, then we look forward to seeing you again next Sunday!!
  2. "The God Confusion" - Joint London Men's and Women's Convention is this Saturday 13th March at ExCeL, London.  A great day conference, £30 (£25 for senior citizens).  If you would like to go, please speak with Michael immediately.
  3. This month our Mission focus is on Church Army. Please look at the noticeboard at the back of church, or speak to Di Giles for more info.
  4. The March magazine is out at the back of church. Full of articles, important information and dates, plus pages for the children. Get yours for just 40p – pass one to a friend or neighbour.
  5. 14th March is the last date for articles for the April magazine. Please pass to Louise Russell.
  6. You can now read the latest edition of the Parish News when you are away from home by logging on to the church web site at www.stjohnsfelbridge.com/parish-magazine. We would be interested in your comments, so please talk to Gordon Wilkinson.
  7. Look out for the leaflets to deliver around the parish inviting people to the Easter services. They will be available towards the end of the month.
  8. You are invited to pray and to nominate people to be on the church PCC. We need 2 wardens and 5 PCC members this year. Ask Stephen or one of the wardens for more details.
  9. TODAY is the last date to join the electoral roll if you are not already on it (No charge!) It indicates that you are a member of St John’s . Fill in a form in church or put it throught the vicarage letter box today .If you want to know more about it, please ask Brian Starr, Stephen or one of the wardens. There are forms at the back of church.
  10. LOVE CHANGES EVERYTHING – see Archbishop Desmond Tutu's article in Inspire magazine about Church Army's Xplore programme for young people. Also, read about worship pioneer Ishmael and 'Pat Mother' a Norfolk woman who has spent years transforming the lives of some of India's elderly and destitute women. There's lots more ... Pick up your free copy at the back of church.
