Every year, the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is held. The purpose is to present various reports about our church activities and its finances and to elect Churchwardens and, where required, St John’s representatives to the Deanery Synod and to our Parochial Church Council. Normally, APCM’s have to be held by 31st May in the year following the full year in question.

The APCM is open to church members who are registered on the St John’s Electoral Roll and they are entitled to vote during the meeting if a vote is held.

The 2021 APCM will be held on 11th May  at 8:00 pm and further details will be sent to St John’s members via our weekly email newsletter. Further details may also be obtained from David Legg: PCC Secretary
