Father, we continue to pray for peace around the world. The very utterance of these words on the face of it seems too much to ask and yet, as we reflect on the words from Mark’s gospel “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith” Mark 4 v 40.\nAgain, in the book of Hebrews “Now faith is the confidence in what we hope for and the assurance about what we do not see” Hebrews 11 v 1.\nSo, as we meditate on these words, let us renew our resolve and pray earnestly for peace, in the middle east and Ukraine. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
