At this time news outlets bombard us with mans’ inhumanity to man. Lord we know you have seen this throughout history but may we entreat you to soften the hearts of the many who are currently the perpetrators of injustices. On this day in 1692 ,in the then Massachusetts Bay Colony, 5 more innocent people were executed during the Salem Witch Trials for alleged witchcraft. Such wrongs ,due to mass hysteria or outright wickedness, must distress you Lord ,so we plead for your hand upon those in positions of authority to protect the innocent and ensure justice is done for all at home and abroad.
