Father, as we reach the middle of the week, we have been bombarded with news of assassinations in America, stabbings in Sussex and Russian drones over Poland. What is the world coming to? You gave us this '3rd rock from the sun’ and your word reminds us in Genesis 1 v 28 to ‘ Fill the earth and subdue it’.\nI don’t think you meant us to carry on the way we do. Help bring peace to our world and remind us to live in harmony together. Amen
