With a Confirmation service tomorrow evening we hold up to you Lord, the candidates as well as the Bishop and Nick, our Vicar, who leads the service, as well as all those tasked to make the occasion happen. Father God, as the half term draws to a close, we pray that energy levels have been restored and focus, plus enthusiasm, for staff and students alike, renewed. Lord, we pray for our departing Curate Rob as he nears his induction date in his new parishes as Priest in Charge (with 4 churches) in the Rochester diocese as well as for his family as they all adjust to life in the Rectory amid new faces and expectations.
