St John's Calendars

As the working week (for many) enters its final day let us pray for joy in the heart of workers for a labour of love and with positivity in their hearts and with a rejection of resentment and weariness whatever the week has put their way. For those facing work into the weekend give them lightness in their tread and enthusiasm in their hearts for the endeavours they face. Let us pray for the leaders and helpers of the various youth groups that meet at St John’s tonight as well as for the youth who attend. We seek to welcome any new to the area or previously uninterested or ignorant of the church community and all it has to offer searching souls, even if they are currently unaware of the path they are taking.
