Philippians 2:14-16\nDo everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, ‘children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.’ Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labour in vain.\nGracious Lord, when we face difficulties, help us instead of grumbling to rejoice, so that we may shine like the stars in the sky today. Help us to hold firmly to the word of life and imprint it upon our hearts. As our Annual Parochial Church Meeting takes place this evening, would you bring us together in unity. Help us to reflect on the good of the past year and guide us as we seek to serve you in the future. Amen
