Let us give thanks for those continuing to labour away, employed or as volunteers ,while others enjoy their summer holidays. Especially hold up for God’s blessings all in the now large number of essential services that enable life to function as most of us have grown accustomed to; medical, energy, food supply, transportation and the like. May those on holiday be refreshed and energised in safe and joyful environments ready to return home and to work. As Connections Holy Communion takes place in church at 2pm let us thank God for his unwavering and constant presence night and day, week upon week ;the same today, yesterday and tomorrow and for the ultimate sacrifice His Son paid for us all.
