Heavenly Father, we thank you for those who lead our small groups. Please would you help them to care well for the people in their groups and to lead them in studying your word faithfully. We pray for the small group leaders meeting this evening and ask that it would be an edifying and encouraging time. We thank you also for the ministry of Connections and those who lead it. Please would you bless their time at the Connections communion service this afternoon.
