St John's Calendars

Heavenly Father, as voting opens today for the Church of England’s General Synod, we pray that faithful, orthodox clergy and laity would be elected. We pray specifically for an orthodox majority in both the House of Clergy and the House of Laity, and for a General Synod led by your word that seeks your will in all its deliberations and decision-making. Please be with those at St John’s who have a vote. Please would they be discerning and wise in their voting.
