“From Tin Pan Alley to Abbey Road” A journey through popular music, 1890s – 1960s with New Harmonie

Quintet concert in words and music telling the story of the development of popular music from the 1890s to the 1960s (Beatles)

Prayer Hub

24 hours of prayer from 5pm Friday 26th March

The chancel will be transformed into a hub of prayer, with different things to pray for and ways of praying around the room.   As we come out of Lent and prepare for Easter, it will provide a space and time for us to focus our hearts and minds on Christ as a church before God.  If you have any suggestions/questions, or would like to be involved, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Tesco for clubs and schools and Sainsbury’s Active kids voucher schemes

Once again the Rainbows, Brownies and Guides are collecting them to enable them to get new equipment for the units which in the past have included a tent, and other camping equipment, games and craft supplies. We will have an envelope on our notice board in the Church Hall for vouchers to be put in


Jaffa Club Easter Special

Thursday 1st April

Jaffa Club (Jesus a friend for all), a club for children in school years 3-6, continues to meet once a month on the first Thursday of the month. We have a busy time with games, craft and Bible teaching, and of course we continue to eat oranges and Jaffa cakes!

On Thurs 1st April we are holding a JAFFA CLUB EASTER SPECIAL. This will run at usual Jaffa time of 6.00-7.30pm in the church hall. So if you are in School Years 3-6 and would like to come along and try Jaffa, do give me a ring or email to book a place. Diane Francis

Raise The Roof LogoEveryone welcome - do you sing, dance, act or play a musical instrument? It doesn’t matter how old or young you are..or whether you’re a beginner or a pro! We’d love you to come along.

Rehearsal: come at 3.15pm to be ready to start at 3.30pm Scrummy tea: 4.30pm Service: 5-5.40pm

And if you aren’t into doing any of the above, but are interested in a service which says it like it means it, with funky music, dance and drama, then come along just for the service.
