Jony and Jenny Bertin in Argentina
Crosslinks mission partners, Jony and Jenny, with their children Felipe (10), Emma (7) and Matias (4), are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Jony and Jenny are working to develop CEBA (Centro de Exposición Bíblica Argentina) to train the next generation of ‘pastors and teachers . . . so that the body of Christ may be built up’ (Ephesians 4:11-12). This currently involves running short training courses and building towards launching an initial one-year preaching course, with the expectation that this will grow into a two- or three-year Bachelor of Theology programme.
Background: After a few years in the UK doing youth work and training at Cornhill and Oak Hill, they returned to Argentina in 2017. Jony was ordained in 2018 and served as Pastor/Rector of St. Bartholomew’s in Rosario, Argentina. In early 2022, the family moved across the Andes to teach at CEP (Centro de Estudios Pastorales), the Anglican seminary in Santiago, Chile. The family returned to Argentina in early 2026.
