Monday afternoon meetings
On Monday afternoons, we hold various meetings and services open to all, that are especially appropriate for seniors, changing weekly according to the pattern below.
1 OPEN CHURCH
1st Monday of the month 2:00-3:00 in the hall The church is open and Mark, our vicar, is available for a coffee and chat or to pray with anyone who would like.
2 TRADITIONAL HOLY COMMUNION
2nd Monday of the month 2:00-3:00 pm in the hall A traditional spoken Holy Communion service.
3 CONNECTIONS GROUP
3rd Monday of the month 2:00-4:00 pm in the hall With tea and coffee, a 'thought for the day' and time to chat with friends old and new while playing a board game or two!
4 CONNECTIONS PRAISE SERVICE
4th Monday of the month 2:00-3:30 pm in the church A short service with traditional hymns, Bible reading, a talk, and prayers. Followed by tea and cake
5 COMMUNITY LUNCH
5th Monday of the month 12:30-1:30 pm in the church hall. A delicious full lunch open to all in our community for great chats, tasty food, and to enjoy each other's company.
