But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come. It’s like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with their assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch. Mark 13:32-34

EAST GRINSTEAD FOODBANK UPDATE Following EGCT recent committee meeting, we had a very informative visit from the manager of the foodbank based at Jublilee Church. He is keen for all the churches to be aware of what they offer besides food distribution. They have recently reached the next stage of the Kings Award for Volunteer Service (KAVS). They offer support to people when life becomes overwhelming by the following :-
A large food bank
Emotional well-being - by connecting people to Arise counseling in affordable group sessions.
Energy support
Winter warmth
Vouchers and gift cards
Financial inclusion project
CAP - Christian’s against poverty
Donations of food are still very much needed as well. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more info. Colin is the new Churches Together in East Grinstead lay rep.
