Bible By the Beach Evening Celebration
There will be NO 6pm Service at St John's this Sunday evening, 3rd May, so that people can join in the evening celebration at Bible by the Beach in Eastbourne. 
 
Connections Extra
There will be no prayer meeting on Bank Holiday Monday, but there will be an extra Connections Meeting at 3pm on Tuesday 5th May.
 
Thy Kingdom Come
St John's will be holding daily prayer meetings during the week beginning 11th May from 6.45am-7.15am. Anyone is welcome to join us. On 14th May we will walk and pray around Felbridge village, starting at Imberhorne Lane Carpark at 10.30am, walking past the school and the village hall. On 16th May there will be a prayer walk, meeting at the church car park at 2pm and stopping for refreshments at the Wiremill. Tickets are on sale now, available from the office on Tuesday or Friday mornings, at Connections from Diane or after the Sunday service from Mary Wooldridge.

Dear Lord, for those of us attending Bible by the Beach this weekend, help us to learn from the teaching and be strengthened through fellowship with one another. For those of us remaining at home, help us to rest in you, renew and refresh our love for you and enable us to love each other more fully. Amen
