We are excited to announce that we are launching a digital directory for church members!
This has all the benefits of the printed directory but is accessible anywhere, from any device, and is always up-to-date.
All of your information is already organised and ready to go in your profiles; but your information is always private until you choose to share it. After you accept the email invitation by clicking the link, you will be able to choose exactly what personal and household information you would like to share.
👍 Your information is always kept private until you choose to share it. For the information you do choose to share, only other members of the church directory can view it.
To access the directory at any time you can visit [stjohnsfelbridge.churchcenter.com](http://stjohnsfelbridge.churchcenter.com/) in any web browser.
❗ The online directory requires an email address so those who either do not have an email address or have not provided one in previous versions of the directory will not have access online. We will be printing a limited run annually to allow anyone in that position to still receive a copy of the directory as normal.
Step-by-step instructions
To access the directory all church members will be sent a separate email inviting you to join. This email should look like this:
Click the blue “Join Directory” button to be taken to the online directory.

Once you have clicked the link you will be asked to login using the email address that the email above was sent to. The website should look like this:
After entering the email address you provided to the church you will then receive another email with a unique, one-time passcode to log in to your profile. The email should look like this: 
Type in the code in the box on the website and you will be taken to your profile in the online directory.
Here you will be asked to check boxes to select which information you would like to be accessible to other people with the link to the directory. It should look like this:
First click the checkbox next to you name, e.g. Shannon Smith. This will make your profile and name visible in the directory. Then click the checkboxes for each of the pieces of information you would like to share, e.g. email address or home telephone number.
👍 Only people with access to the directory (i.e. church members) will be able to see the information you make visible.

You can edit your details at any time by clicking on your profile picture, selecting “Profile” and then clicking on the green “edit” button to the left of the title “Contact Information” as below:
