St Catherine's Hospice and Welcare are our two local partners. St Catherine's is purpose-built to provide the best possible care to those needing end-of-life nursing care and support. Sadly, one wing remains empty because they don't have the funding to provide the necessary facilities.\nWelcare is a Christian organisation based in Redhill, offering help and support to struggling families, as well as the knowledge and skills to improve their lives.    ::  Prayer

Dear Lord: May the message of the Bible be faithfully proclaimed at St John’s this weekend. May your people be encouraged as they sing and pray to you. May the Holy Spirit be at work in all ages of our church family. And may Jesus your Son be glorified in all we do. We pray for St John's as Rob and family move on, for the ministry team and the PCC as they cope with inevitable changes and as they seek a youth worker, and as a new academic year starts. We give thanks for the many new couples who join us on Sundays. May they feel really welcome and already part of our church family.    ::  Prayer
