St John's Calendars

Monday 19 October 2026
Heavenly Father, we pray for the new housing being built in Felbridge. Thank you that you already know who will live in each house. Please, let some who already know you choose to make St John’s their home, and let others we can reach out to with the hope of the gospel come to know you through the ministry of St John's. Give us wisdom on how best to reach out to and welcome those new to our parish.    ::  Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank you for those involved in music ministry at St John’s. Thank you for the gifts you’ve given them, and the time they give to preparation and rehearsal. Please, would you help them to use their gifts in leading us in worshipping you in song in a way that is edifying for you as a church family and which brings you glory.    ::  Prayer

Heavenly Father, we pray on for your provision of godly leaders for us at St John’s. Please guide St John’s in appointing someone to lead our youth ministry. Please would the diocese look favourably on our expression of interest for a new curate. And please, would you guide the continuing process of the appointment of a new Bishop of Southwark. Please would you provide us with a godly bishop who will lead the diocese faithfully.    ::  Prayer
